This space was designed with simplicity, openness, and a social relaxed atmosphere in mind. You’ll find it ideal for mixing, production, songwriting, and other non critical recording-heavy uses. We think this studio is ideal for longer term rentals by music and audio professionals like producers, mixers, and songwriters and is priced with that in mind.

We want people to understand that this neighborhood can be noisy and to not expect perfect silent perfect recordings at all times. Please reach out for specific noise concerns.
